Mr. Hinojosa has been one of the managing shareholders of Carroll & Hinojosa, PLLC, since the firm's formation in 1998. In addition to his role as a manager, Mr. Hinojosa typically carries a caseload of matters in areas ranging from probate and family law, to personal injury and other types of civil litigation.

Prior to the formation of Carroll & Hinojosa, PLLC, Mr. Hinojosa maintained a solo practice, where he carried a full case load of litigation cases, including family, criminal, injury, probate and business matters.

Mr. Hinojosa also served as a Law Clerk for the San Antonio Community Law center, where he assisted Brother William Dooling and The Honorable Judge Charles Montemayor, with their family law matters.
